Delete in the app
Open Moondust, go to Profile, open Settings, then tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and associated Moondust data.
If you cannot access the app
Email moondustapp@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Moondust account. Use the subject line "Delete my Moondust account" so we can process the request.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes your account, profile details, photos, messages, searches, connection requests, responses, related activity, recommendations, notification tokens, subscription state held by Moondust, and related app data.
We may retain limited information when needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legitimate business operations.
